Dairy Queen

"This location is not your typical Dairy Queen. Customer service is lackluster, my burger was dry and my Girlfriends chili dog was borderline cold. I will mention it was dirty inside and it appeared to be fully staffed as I counted at least 6 employees. On top of it all wait times were ridiculous, our ice cream order took an eternity to get to us. The people in front of us were handed melting ice cream cones. This was just the tip of our experience. Wish these franchise owners would pay more attention to their locations."

"To start with, The GIRL taking the order couldn't repeat the order as was ordered, had to repeat my order to 3 times for each combo ,and still got it wrong , Let the BOY that brought the order that orders was wrong and missing items .Ask me for the recite other wise he wouldn't do anything to repair the order. I ask of him if he could go and look it up , replied no . Order was 4 combos . they bring me the drinks with no cup holder because they dont have cup holders had to loose a brink cause it had fallen on my lap because no cup holder , This is a fast food store I never heard a fast food store running out of items like that , NO courtesy to try to resolve the problem , I been to mom pop store and had better quality in service .This wasn't the first time . 45$ waste of money ."

"We were on a bike trip and it was 100° so we could use a refreshing ice cream. The pumpkin spice blizzard was delicious. A young lady still in het training helped us, and was very friendly. Convenient location near the H-E-B, Walgreens and just off the highway"
