"This place has the worst customer service. A while back I paid for a specialty pizza and got a cold pepperoni pizza that was clearly sitting there for hours. I just ordered again trying to give them another chance and they lie saying that my order isn't in the system when I have proof of the order and the charge. Come to find out after they gave my order to someone else. There is no need to lie, just own up to the mistake. Also, the young lady that they have at the front is always rude and has a horrible attitude in person and by phone. This place has great food When done right but their customer service is seriously horrible."

"Our kids wanted a pizza with everything so The Deluxe was perfect, they devoured it. To my surprise my baby momma with no drama ordered The White Cheese I did not expect to love this one. So scrumptious. Chef's Kiss."

"The food was really good and the pizza was awesome. But I wanted to highlight the customer service. This weekend I called in an order and I lost my coupon so it was gonna cost an extra five dollars. I was OK paying the extra because it was my fault, when I arrived, the person who charged me when ahead and applied the coupon. I know they didn’t have to do that but that was really awesome of them. I just wanted to say thank you."

"First time at Marco’s. Was a clean environment, and staff were friendly. The pizza was a 7.3/10 for me, which is a good score. We tried the old world pepperoni and the deluxe pizza, which were both fantastic. It’s overall good pizza, would go again."
