"I placed a breakfast order at 11am. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and knowing it is a busy time for breakfast I drive to pick up my order at 12p .. drove up to the speaker announce I was here to pick up an order proceeded to the window to find out they hadn’t even started on my order! I had to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes to receive my order ONLY after I got off my vehicle and walked in to the restaurant and asked for it. The manager/lead Alexandria was rude and had a bad attitude she exact words were “I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED YOUR ORDER IS T READY BUT THEYRE WORKING ON IT” then proceeded to yell at the cooks in front of the entire restaurant and completely ignoring a new couple who walked in to place an order. The simply walked out. I received no apology or refund. Absolutely worse service I have ever received ANYWHERE!"

"The tacos are definitely getting smaller and the prices are going higher, not sure why, the food is basically the same average El Pato as always. One positive is that they generally always have plenty of tea available. The chalupas are the best at this location."

"Worst of all time. Ordered 3 beef tacos through drive-thru. Lady in front was waiting for more than 5 minutes for her order. I decided to go inside to ask how much longer it would take. Cashier's excuse he takes a long time because he has a job to do. He gave me an order. Paid and rushed out. He is chasing me down because he gave me the wrong tacos. Got home. My tacos are cold. I guess the cook got pissed because I went inside to ask how much longer I would have to wait. I learned my lessons. Don't get the cook angry because you get cold tacos. Second, EL Pato is not the same as before."

"Really disappointed what the heck is this we ordered papas with chorizo and beans where the heck is the chorizo the cook there needa to learn what chorizo and papas are there was no manager to speak with and the stupid girls where rude worst place ever even the team lead said it didnt have chorizo get it together"
