"Ok, this place 450 E Alton gloor blvd. suite #11 was delish! Shout out to the lady who helped us Becky thank you for your service. Now as for the plates were amazingly very well portioned. The consume (soup) they gave us was very delish chicken soup. We ordered the same plate Sandwichon but with different sides. I had the macaroni, and my husband had the mix salad, which presintation was good on both, and taste was good. If you have never been to this location, come on by. I really recommend this place, and I will certainly return. The place is very clean too. It is a bit hot, but it's been so hot these days that the huge windows they have don't help them keep cool inside. Other than that, it's comfortable and quiet."

"UPDATE: for the past couple of months the service has gotten worse and worse, and I assumed that it’s because they do not have the same female employees at the front. To make an order through the phone, it has taken me about 10 minutes because the employee told me to wait, comes back, and tells me to wait again. Since the call wasn’t even on hold, I was able to hear the conversation. She kept telling me to wait to take somebody else’s order at the counter & finalize a transaction. I am a customer too, and I shouldn’t have to wait that much to place my order. I’ve been trying to limit myself from visiting the establishment because the service of the two new employees is poor & does not compare to the service that used to represent the restaurant, however I only go for the food. Previous review: Never disappoints! Food is always tasty. Just make sure to order ahead of time (15 min approximately) if you don’t like to wait for your order to be ready."

"I asked my boyfriend to get me a smoothie from Tropical Cafe because the shakes at 100% Natural are ridiculously skimped out. He brought me a banana strawberry shake. I was so mad when he brought me this. I let the bubbles go away and showed him the reason I dont like 100% Natural. They really rip you off. If I could give it a 0 rating I would."
