"Went to subway trenton rd 5 pm 24 February. Wife wanted broccoli soup, I was going to get a sandwich. No customers in the store, all tables dirty. I asked if the table could get cleaned before ordering because I didn't want to get my food and then wait for the table to be cleaned. The young lady, chubby, short wearing glasses gave me the dirtiest look I have ever seen. I decided not to get the sandwich and ask for the soup to go. She turned around, looked in the soup container and pulled it out empty. She said the soup was out. We walked out. She had to have sold the last soup, yet didn't know it as empty. Won't go back, EVER."

"The food is great but everytime I try scanning my receipt to redeem points, ill find out an employee has already redeemed the points using my reciept. This only happens during the afternoon shift with that big white girl. Not a big deal but come on man."

"They told us they couldn't make our order and after I called back again said they could. Then after 20 minutes I got to pick up the order just to wait in line for 30 minutes while the employees kept looking at us but wouldn't help and it turns out our food was ready a long time ago and is now cold after waiting. Very horrible experience."

"This location is consistently out of supplies. They run out of bread, onions, etc. Sometimes they only set up half of the bar because they're so poorly stocked. The food is still good and the staff is okay."

"I go by this subway every now and then. The level of service has dropped for the past few months. I tried to place an order last night (2/21), but they refused to honor a subway coupon. So I just went to the Burger King across the street."
