"I had no problems with this place but lately they been messing up my orders. I ordered online and did the curbside pick up today, when I was eating the chicken noodles soup, I found 2 pieces of paper foam in my soup. I never had experienced that with this store."

"Used to like this location but lately it’s been going downhill. Yesterday I went for I placed a curbside order. I parked and checked in, the app said it should be 4-10 minutes. No biggie, the drive thru line wasn’t bad either. 10 minutes go by and the app reminds me if no one has dropped off my order, I indicate no and just gives you the standard message your order should be delivered shortly. 20 minutes go by and there’s no option in the app to remind them that I’m there. 25 minutes and I give the restaurant a call, the lady was rude not even apologetic of the situation, she just said your order should be there shortly. I spent 40 minutes until I got my order, and my order was cold!!!! Everything the fries and my chicken sandwich. I just left, I’m not going to be waiting another 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Poor service!!!"

"They messed up my order, I paid for 2 sandwiches and they forgot one. They also owed me a set of fries from a prior mistake. When I picked up the sandwich, I spoked with ANGELA and she refused to give me the fries, only gave me the sandwich. She was rude and horrible customer service, OVER A SET OF FRIES. Had to miss my lunch break, waste gas and waste time to pick up the extra sandwich. Very disappointed with this chick fil a, an and its employee."

"It's 10/10 always going again! I love the food, the staff is always super helpful and it's so convenient using their app to order ahead. I always do curbside and they have not messed up my order yet, and they always make sure everything is there before they leave."

"Extremely Long wait lines. The manager refused to change my meal when I went inside to show her the adjustments that could have been made. All they had to do was adjust the ticket and we could have received four extra drinks and two more orders of fries for the same exact price. So no I am not impressed with the manager and I would say this location is not good."
