"Very upset @ Wingstop in San Juan. Their major problem is that they never answer their phone to place a simple order. Not even to greet you or simply to say hold on for a bit, I will be right with you. I call twice waiting for someone to pick up the line. I was waiting for 5 minutes each time. I just hung up. This is how you lose customers.. I will take my business elsewhere."

"chicken sandwich sucked. was expecting a dressing at least but nope. pickles were like out of place. chicken lacked flavor. only when i ate the edges, the flavor started to really come out. like yall stingy with the sauce. and the bread! felt and tasted like old sandwich bread that was left on top of a warmer since yesterday.they tried to pass it off as toasty. the fries were small portion, even though paid for medium. i know other locations they are not stingy. going to other locations, now i know why theres not many people here."

"My husband and I placed an order through the app. I waited for over an hour. They said they were changing the oil and the filter so I said okay that's cool. Our food will be fresh and piping hot. But to my surprise it was neither. The wings and fries (which I was told had just come out) were lukewarm at best. It was very disappointing."

"The cashier keeps telling everyone that walks in to order food that it's going to be a 1hr wait. If I was the owner, I'd be super mad. They are discouraging all the customers and they are walking out. This place is losing money and everyone in here has been waiting a long time for their food. This place needs people that know what they're doing. On top of all that, the phone keeps ringing and the the girl employee picks up the phone and immediately puts the customer on hold without even talking to them. The owner is losing all kind of business! I remember why I stopped coming here six months ago. We"ll see what our food tastes like once we get it."

"their service was fine. The cashier was nice, but I was very disappointed with the food quality. The chicken sandwich had like maybe 1/3 chicken in the whole sandwich . three of the soda dispensers were flat so it made me feel like buying a soft drink was pointless. Overall, not very satisfied."
