Edith's Mexican Buffet

"Great Mexican taste and customer service. Food warm and fresh (unlike other buffets). Love that they have ice cream, fresh fruit and other dessert. Super clean and big place. Onlt downside is that they need more variety of food."

"We didn't eat here but we did host an event at Edith's Mexican Buffet. First off this is a beautiful space! Secondly, I can tell the owners/managers take care of the place and have pride in their business. I would definitely eat here based on the other experiences. I will update on the food when I do. "The food here was pretty good. We went on a Sunday so it was crowded and they couldn't keep the enchiladas or cilantro filled but it tasted pretty good. The green pasta was REALLY good. The people are nice and give great service. I wish they had ice cream but I dont see that at so much at buffets in this area."

"Stopped by today for lunch. The food was exceptional. The menuedo, asado de Puerto, mole, chicarron in sala,both the red and green were fantastic! Everything was fresh and tasted just like homemade moma's cooking. The tortillias were very good as well. Our server, Jesus was amazing. Everytime he came to our table to see how we were doing, he always did it with a smile. He kept our drinks full and offered to bring another bash of tortillias. The decor is very nice and comfortable. Our only drawback is that it was warm in our sitting area. I don't know if the issue was ac problems or not but other than that, we will definitely make this restaurant a regular for us now."
