"Very horrible experience here at this wingstop. I ordered 50 wings and when I got home 20 were missing. I called to sort out the mix up and the manager laura said all they could do was give me 10 wings. I told her I paid for 50 and asked for a refund of the missing 20 and she said all she could do was give me credit for 10. After speaking to her and trying to explain ask to speak to someone else she proceeded to state she’s the only manager and there’s nothing else she could do. Didn’t end up going back, hopefully someone different could help me out tomorrow. Rude service and horrible communication at this location."

"No use in having an app that lets you know when an order is complete. Went a few minutes after my order said complete on the app. I get there and ask, and the person that attended me came back with a hesitant look telling it was not ready and it would be a few minutes. Well 15 later I’m still here and it’s taking longer than expected as I am also able to write this review. Super inconvenient especially when people plan around the supposed “estimated time”."

"Never have my mobile order ready in time, even when I go 15 min late they need another 15 min … Edit: other mobile order, came in late. They gave me a drink & forgot my food completely. Like lost the ticket to make it. Only reason I go is bc the app has my card…. Trash service fr. Call & see if they started working on your order."

"I ordered by phone a 50 piece family meal. Wings are good the only problem is some were not properly covered and caused the foam packaging to melt through and on the wings. I appreciate the wings being hot but I prefer not to feed my kids wings with melted foam, on the bright side I just chucked the ones with extra black to the trash, so all in all nothing Major to handle. But at the same time no one orders wings with the thought that they might have to throw some away because they are not edible. I called spoke with the manager to double check on the team members packaging the wings to ensure the next customer doesn't get the same results. Now I want clarify this place usually does a good job. A few mishaps here and there but this is a major one that needed to be addressed for health purposes. The manager said he was going to address the issue about the wrapping to ensure the wings don't have direct contact with the foam packaging. Seemed nice and willing to fix it."

"I went to Wingstop to pick up food for a group of friends hanging out with me at home. I went to the one on the expressway just west of Shary road in Mission. I ordered 50 pieces of wings, fries, and cheese sauce. The order came with celery and carrot sticks, ranch, and ketchup. We ordered, Mango Habanero, really good, BBQ, Original buffalo, Lemon Pepper, and Teriyaki. All flavors were on point. I liked that the cheese sauce was not at all thick but creamy, perfect for dipping the fries. I recommend Wingstop and would definitely go back for more"
