"Manager at the time was rude. I had ordered through favor and the order was wrong. Made me drive to their establishment after I had called and been told by an employee to take the order back to be corrected. When I arrived I was told by the manager that “unfortunately they were unable to correct the order, once the order was placed and the DoorDash driver had taken the food they were not responsible”. Horrible services. Rethink your order in this location."

"I have been to buffalos frequently these past couple months, and service has not been at least good at all. Staff usually hangs out around the bar talking while customers are unattended, been here late, on football Sundays, and when they open, and every time the food has come cold, like today where there is literally only three other tables with customers and our food is cold. It is poor management, and bad work ethic from the staff."
"Wings were under cooked. Fries had hard cheese instead of melted cheese. Everything was cold. We had no service. Waitresses out of sight. The restaurant was dead so no excuse."
