"The store looks like it is what you would expect in the middle of the 'Hood'. Smoke was thick because they said they were missing a belt for exhaust. Bathroom was almost unable to function. The whopper patties were looking more like straight from frozen to microwave. Manager sure liked to passive aggressive talk down to one of the unseen employees in the back loud enough for everyone to hear. All in all... I am not planning on going back."
"Drove through the drive-thru for lunch yesterday. Ordered one impossible Whopper for myself and one regular Whopper for my son, along with two large onion rings. The lady working in the Drive-Thru was not friendly at all, in fact she was borderline rude. It's not like they were busy we were the only car in line and there was nobody inside. The food tasted okay, but later my son ended up with diarrhea. I feel so bad! I should have never stopped at a Burger King in San Antonio! There's only one Burger King I will stop at, and that's the one in Bulverde, because the food and the service is always great."
"Place sucks. No onion rings and no fries for the second time I've been here. Today's date is 2/20/24 and it was 7 o'clock on the head. How can a burger joint be without fries and onion rings. And to supplement my fries which my kids love I got nuggets and they are old as hell and I spent $17.61 for 2 whoppers and an 8 piece nugget. I was better off going to Whataburger but wanted something different for once only to be disappointed by no fries and onion rings once again. The damb bread was even old on the whoppers. I hope this place shuts down. They have no business even being open . Oh yeah.. I was the only person in line at this place. That should of been my first red flag Do your selves a favor and skip this trash establishment and get your selves Whataburger"
"If i can give it a 0 starts i would! DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER king location, there is mold on the bread and the cheese tasted so bitter."
"The ingredients in these burgers the Double Whopper looked nothing like anything that resembled fresh real food ingredients. The cheese looked like my daughters play food cheese when she was little for her Barbie house...plastic and uneatable. The bread fell apart immediately. The meat was like rubber. Worst burger I've ever had that didn't come out of the other end well either; and it was coming out for hours."
