"Been in the area for awhile. Seen a lot of different employees who don’t car come thru here, but when it comes to employees like Demetria(sorry if I spelled that wrong) I will come back, her customer service was outstanding. Her quality check in the food was top notch. Definitely coming back just because of her."

"Usually McDonald's service is not impressive at all. But the service we got here today is super good. I think it's the manager, she is super attentive and caring. She brought our food to the table and asked me if I want whipped cream on my shake. The food is good. They changed my experience with McDonald's here! Good job!"

"This location is notorious for something to always be wrong or just off putting, from either forgetting your sauces, to for some reason not packing the second part of your bundle, if they do go without missing an item they’ll definitely give you a burger with ketchup all over the outside of the bun and it’s just casually smushed against the wrapper. The past 5 or so times I have went to this location it hasn’t been the best, At least most of the staff makes you feel welcomed like any other McDonald’s should. Just needs better product, and possibly management for some shifts."

"Horrible service, poorly trained employees and managers, and overall a completely disappointing location. We had to literally argue with an employee who told us they gave us all of the order (they didn’t), got the wrong item TWICE (one of which was in the correct wrapping but was not the right item, so we didn’t realize until we got home), and had to actually get out of the vehicle to go inside because the argumentative employee at the window wouldn’t give us an item that we ordered. Truly awful experience and location."

"Already this is a good impression of a McDonald's that actually cares because the one downtown I like that one but they didn't open up until 7 even though it's supposed to be open until 6 a.m. so I had to travel to the one here which gave me excellent service the team members were friendly and they only had one kiosk working but we're patient with my order & they recommended me to come back."
