"The last 3 times I ordered on the app to pick up curbside, they never come out to my car! I enter the parking spot number, but nothing! have to go inside and ask about my food every time!"

"One of the worst locations of all time I had no idea that online order that was placed 15-20 mins before you show up to the location But once you get there you have to wait 38 mins to get your ur double cheese burger Staff is the worst with that non relevant attitude. It sucks bc it’s literally right across from my house and I give them a lot of business in one month Atleast over $400 worth and that’s just me alone. not my family members. But I will not be going to this location anymore they are hella rude and def can’t talk to their customers They were lucky I was running late for work or else I would’ve made sure they call their supervisor to handle the situation I was in with one of their employees at the location bc I asked them to hurry up and bc I was waiting for 38 mins which technically makes it an hour for a god damn double cheese burger that’s freaking absurd!!"

"Christmas Day, I needed to grab something for lunch. ALL the fast food places in and around Universal City closed. I'm glad those folks did not have to work on Christmas Day, but I was heading to a hospital visit for a lunch date. I finally found these guys on Highway 35 and O'Connor Road open. The burger was good, as always, and the service was genial. I appreciate these folks giving up their Christmas celebration for those of us who didn't plan ahead very well."

"I went through the drive thru at around 11pm and the line was long, but the food was still cold. I was sitting at the window for about 2-3 minutes waiting for my food. Then when the girl came to give me my food she basically shoved my items at me and mumbled "now get up out my window" and walked off. I sat there just to be petty for another 2-3 minutes to make sure all of my items were in my bag then drove off. If my kids weren't in the car I would've handled the situation a different way, but that's no way to treat or talk customers."

"This must be the cleanest McDonald's I have been to. The employees were well trained, friendly and fast. The restaurant was well layed out with plenty of seating. The have a HUGE play place for the kiddos that seats many adults watching over little ones. They even have a dedicated bathroom back in the play place."
