"Lynn the store manager help me out when our her way to make my order right.. She gave great service and the pizza was on pint.. The wings were OK.. Only thing was it Had a black thing on the meat.. But that happens some times at other places as well.. Other than that she went the extra mile"

"2 1/2 ⭐ Went to this pizza hut because the one close to me was out of stuffed crust. Ended up driving past the Pizza Hut initially because it was a bit difficult to see the store sign past the trees, very dark. Go inside and were greeted, but then come to find out they have lost our order. It was not a small order either, totaling over $53. They apologize to us and said they would remake it, I did not make a big deal out of it as I used to be an assistant manager for Pizza Hut and I get it. However I was surprised to only receive a I am sorry, no other compensation was offered for our time and the inconvenience. The staff were friendly, but for the frustration of having to wait for our food to be completely remade did not make up for that."

"I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. I will NEVER order from this location AGAIN! It started when we placed an order for delivery and then saw it would be 5 HOURS until it would be delivered. We called the store and switch to carry out due to them being short staffed drivers. Then I get there and wait another 30 minutes for my order. 4 employees were just looking at the order tickets. No one was working together and despite having a manager present, no leadership or direction was given to the employees. I then went home to find cold pizza because it had just been sitting there instead of in a warmer while waiting on the rest of my items. SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!!"

"overall, I paid about 60 bucks considering that they have tables and chairs. I thought we can sit but we didn’t feel very welcome. Food was great. Everything was made to order. The table was sticky. The floor was sticky. the staff wasn’t friendly won’t be dining in. There had to be like 7/8 employees back there and only one was genuinely nice. cheese and crushed peppers are extra even when you dine in who knew."
