"We order take out at my granddaughters birthday request. It took a long time for the food to be ready. The drinks were given to us when I paid. I paid extra for large fries and mashed potatoes. The total was $62.10. The order was for 4 chicken breasts, 3 large fries, 2 spicy shrimp cravers, large mashed potatoes and more. We got 1 chicken breast. 1 small order of fries and the drinks were watered down. The chicken thighs ( whick we didnt order were cold Needless to say, my son had to go get McDonald's. We live out of town so I couldn't go back. I called to speak to someone but they never answered the phone. I called 4 times. I'm going tomorrow to speak to the .manager. I do not recommend this place!"

"There's always a long wait and the cashier doesn't even mention that there's no chicken ready or dropped at all after I already paid!"

"I was traveling through Alice and stopped for fuel. While stopped, I ordered dinner on Popeyes App. Simple enough, you think. I ordered at 7:05pm. I then drive 5 min. to the location. I sat in line behind the only car at the order station. And I sat. AND I SAT. After another 5 minutes they took his order and I pulled up to let them know I was there. And I sat. I finally pulled around and went inside. I was third in line. And there was no one taking orders. First one person left, then a second. Finally someone came to take orders. I showed him my receipt on the app. He said “I’ll get that started, and gave me a printed receipt. That was at 19:31. I finally got my order at straight up 8pm. NEVER AGAIN. Well, Popeyes responded, and said they would pass the info on to the appropriate people. They also offered me a discount on my next meal. I told them I would wait a while and return to the restaurant. I’ll use the discount at that same location to see if there has been any improvement. At that time I will post a new review based on whether they have improved or not."

"The guy at the counter is very nice.He looks so tired but still serving you happily.I guess he has the best customer service ive encountered in my travel from Minnesota to Texas.Best beans and rice ofcourse chicken was crunchy as always."
