"Always check your order! Even the Mobile Order! I ordered a Quarter Pounder Delux no onion no pickles. Tag (Grill Slip) on the box says the same. Received a Double Quarter Pounder. But it didn't have any pickles or onions so I guess that's something. Now we have to open the boxes to check too."
"Was waiting in line for more than 10 to 15mins. Due to the elderly female cashier taking orders & than rotating from her to the male cashier. By letting 3customers getting in front of me & making me wait in line for more than 15mins. Yes I have the patience to wait but not for that long I also did inform them to let me talk to management but nobody was available so I asked to let them know to simply give me a small drink or something with no extra charge so the male cashier said ok so he went & made a French fries order for free then asked me to give back my order of burgers in order to exchange my burger for the French fries for free. So I said no thanks I will be calling corporate which happened the following day. I will start going taking my customer service to main street from now on"
"I come from austin Texas to get the worse breakfast burrito ever. Just absolutely horrible . It was so cold . And not rolled up as soon as I opened it everything was falling out ."
