"My family and I have been to this location since moving to the downtown area since July of 2022 .our experiences here at this l Iocation have not always been good ones but we came in this morning and were greeted and welcomed by a new employee by the name of Jessica. Thank you for the warm welcome and making us feel comfortable. Even the other employees are actually smiling with better attitudes . The security guards are not sitting with other employees using vulgar language Noone ignored us when asked if we could use the restroom as we experienced in the past. Thank you Jessica I hope it stays this way because since my childhood Mc Donald's is supposed to be a happy place and this location is finally a happy environment."
