"Update: The past two years this place has gone down hill! Every time I give it another try because my wife loves their cheese, they always disappoint! Never add the extra cheese I pay for and always arrives dry like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp! And the prices have increase but the quality have decrease! Fool me can’t get fooled again! Never again. I have been ordering from this location for 5 years and have NEVER had an issue with my order and always on time, whether pickup or delivery. I don't know what these other people are whining about! Love this Pizza Hut!"

"This has to be the worst pizza delivery i have ever ordered from. Please do not waste your money. Service is terrible, food comes cold and no sauce on the Pizza. Had to go to the store to get a refund because the phone at the store was never answered."

"Bad. Horrible. Garbage. Ordered food on the app. Waited for 15 minutes past the “delivery time”, tried to call. No answer. Called 4 times. Finally was able to talk to someone, a supervisor. Supervisor had me on the phone for 20 minutes waiting to talk to a manager. Supervisor came back and said the location is closed for delivery. I was never notified and I was charged. Horrible experience. Do better."

"We ordered 5 pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks on 12/03/23 to be delivered at our home. The order took well over an hour plus. As we are in the Christmas season we gave driver 20.00 tip. Anyway, when we got everything to the kitchen we realized we were missing 2 pizzas. The pizza we did have was cold. We tried to call several times and no answer finally we tried option 3 and someone answered and put us on hold waiting for manager after a long period decided to hang up. We contacted the main complaint site and finally got a response , said they apologized and the store responsible would contact us within 3 days. We were not contacted, I wrote back and told them I wasn’t contacted, I haven’t had a response from either main complaint contact or store to resolve our order. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in future. With all the pizza choices in this our area we can do without a business that doesn’t care about customers or giving the customers what they paid for."

"The manager Taylor was a pleasure to speak to. I had a pizza that was prepared incorrectly. Upon reaching out to her, she immediately had another pizza delivered within 20 mins time. There are other pizza places around but none of them can compare to the quickness and quality of the product that comes from this store. I want to thank Taylor for her expedient attention to her customers. People like her is how you obtain repeat business."
