"Everytime you pull into the parking lot ready to order just know your food probably gonna be messed even if they aren’t busy, they will make you pay extra for a drink then when you get to the window all payed for they tell you it’s a mistake and make you still pay for it but get another drink this has happens to me almost 10 times and it’s a extra dollar they pocket everytime"

"This McDonald's is so slow. I've been here for over 30 minutes and my order still isn't ready. They marked it completed on the app to make their numbers look good but they still have yet to complete it."

"I don't even want to leave a one star review as the customer service was atrocious however there is no option for that. I went to their other location up the street since it's a new store it was packed so I came to this location. I wait almost 18 mins for two bundle meals and a 20 piece chicken nugget. They said the 6 cars behind me that got their orders had smaller orders which is fair bit my order wasn't a large order at that. They then brought out my food because apparently the wait was on the fries and my nuggets were cold my burgers were cold and my fries were fresh as they said. I spoke to a male manager on duty asking why it was taking so long and then the food came out he said it was fresh. I get home give them a call speak to a female manager this time and she said I have to bring back the receipt and food. I won't be back till tomorrow or Wednesday and she said I still had to bring the food back and receipt. I've never left a bad review only good ones but this made me livid. My Family & I will not be returning to either location. Y'all just lost a customer."

"Small place but smart Industry. Parents are happy when kids are laughing. I got apple pie, always good."

"Ordered delivery from this location and I opened the 4 piece chicken McNuggets box to find…a bunch of melted cheese poured into the box and NO nuggets?! Photo included. McDonald’s corporate gave me a full refund but, this must’ve been intentional."
