"I called to Place my order at 7:00 and should’ve been ready at 7:25. Got to the store at 7:30 turns out my order wasn’t ready at all . I waited for 25 min and nothing was being done . Their was chaos at the store had 9 other people waiting on their order and was told the same thing our order wasn’t ready at all . The manager was frustrated because the staff weren’t doing the job right . So I walked out this is ridiculous! I highly recommend pizza patron it’s literally down the street , got my pizza and ONLY TOOK 12 MINUTES not an 1hour wait."
"Manager night shift refused to give me her name and supervisors , I waited 1 whole hour for my pizzas to be ready,and asked for my refund! Them employees need to to be fired or need to be trained on customer service and quality as well as to be polite instead of being ghetto! Horrible service!! I used to go every other day after school and everything was better before they brought that manager nonchalant and lazy around the store! I need someone to give me the supervisor and owners name!"
"Order was supposed to take 15 min. I think it took 35-40 min. Very busy so I can understand the wait although it appeared that most everyone called thier order in or ordered online. On my order I finally received, I was given the wrong order. I ordered 5 meat feast and got the 3 meat. Even after that long wait they still got it wrong. Very dissappointed!!!"
"I love to give credit where credit is due. I am new to the area and I have been to this location twice, I can not express at how amazed I am at the fast service I receive and as well as the pizza, it’s always very hot and ready. The staff are always respectful and kind. Thank you all at the Longpoint- Spring Branch location for great service !"
"Worst experience of my life. I will never return. A manager at the store was giving away people's food who ordered using the pizza portal online to his friends and family members which cause many customers to wait up to an hour before receiving their pizza. The manager was inside and outside of the doors talking to friends who drive up every 5 minutes. His pants were sagging exposing his purple plaid boxers. He was totally unprofessional and I was appalled with the lack of service offered. If I was able to, I would have stormed out with my money and went to another pizza establishment. I was unable to do this due to the pizza portal order. I would give zero stars if possible."
