"Ordered at like 10:17pm and got order at 11:10-11:15pm….pizza wasn’t warm and drinks were warm….I understand it’s a weekend night and it may take time to deliver but their tracker had estimated time of delivery at 10:50pm…when I called to ask about it the person pretty much had “what do you want me to do about it” attitude…damn sad customer service and pathetic expectation of delivery time…2 stars is honestly me being nice because the delivery guy was really polite and kind."

"We had a horrible experience We rowed for delivery and we received a notification that it was out for delivery after 15 minutes of ordering. After 2 hours of waiting, we still had not received the pizza! Calling the store is a joke! They outsource all their phone calls to someone in China that can barely speak English! Long story short, we never received a damn thing! Yet our credit card was charged with a 20% tip! Overall bad experience!"

"Last week we got a pizza from the gessner location. The driver took 9.00 for a tip . We did not offer a 9.00 tip. That is called stealing. She complained to the manager and Corporate office and nothing. BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES if you use them. Especially since pizza hut thinks its ok to steal from customers."

"They added a tip without my permission or knowledge. I found out by looking at my bank statements. I have called corporate and I will be reporting theft to local authorities. I would not order delivery here. If you come to this one do carry out and cash!"

"pizza was colder than the north pole took 1 hr 30 mins to get delivered paid for 3 meat toppings and stuffed crust and guess what I didn't get stuffed crust or 3 meats, normally don't call to complain but manager said to take the pizza to show her it isn't stuff crust so they can remake my order, I chose delivery for a reason. all I wanted was the money back for the stuffed crust and meats I did not get and she was hesitant to even store credit me 5$ or what it costs."
