"Placed order at drive thru. Got to window, was asked about EVERY order taken except mine. Was asked if I had spoken to anyone???? I asked if I could just repeat my order to him. Was told to proceed to next window to pay. Again didn’t have my order! Received my coffee COLD!!!!!! Asked for refund, girl brought another coffee. She didn’t speak English and didn’t understand I wanted refund"

"I been only here twice! Unfortunately both times where cringe. The first time I went through the drive through I ordered a Big Mac with bacon had my receipt and everything when I went back because it had pickles. I know I could of easily taken them off but I detest the taste of them. So I went back the next day and returned the item. The man with glasses(manager,) said why didn’t you say that ? I told him I did. He closed the window and talked away! I was irritated and left. Today, I tried to give them another shot. I order a spicy and McDouble with NO Pickles, NO Mustard and a large cup of ice and medium fries. I payed and told the gentleman it was a large cup of ice. He agreed and I moved on to the next window. The lady gave me a med cup of ice. Then, she tells me well you payed for a medium cup of ice. I responded well I ordered a large and I’ll pay the difference then she gave me attitude. I got my cup of ice but then not with out of course reassuring me that she fixed it but I payed for a medium. Mam, I’m sorry that I payed for a medium, but I ordered a large and verified with your co worker before I approached you window. If you want to be upset with someone be upset be upset with him. Also, there’s mustard in my McDouble."

"We came here after church for a quick bite, not a lot of people but the wait was long for the small order we placed. The place looked nice and had been updated, just slow service which would've made the score higher if not for the extended wait time and like warm coffee they served us. When my son tried to trade the dipping sauce because I asked for the wrong flavor, the girl was going to charge him for them. I had to go to the counter myself and exchange them myself. Oh, and they kept the receipt, but I had taken a picture of it already so I'll still be doing the review. Other than that, the rest of the food was got and tasty."
