"Horrible service. Completed a complaint through their website/ App and received no response. Went into employee arguing with me in front of lobby full of customers. I brought to her attention that my full order was not in the portal, and had an unknown customer verify this. She insisted she placed everything in the portal as she was pointing to the wrong portal. Then admitted, one Item wasn’t there because it wasn’t ready. Finally gave me the missing wings and called herself giving me a warning for the next time. Which there won’t be. Very unprofessional and unnecessary."

"Horrible timing! I waited one hour for my online order! And when I got sick of waiting and checking the cashier told me it wasn’t even in the oven! Their severely understaffed and way too many customers go there. The cashier lady was so unbothered and had even an attitude. They need to hire more and better staff! I waited an hour and a half for a normal pepperoni pizza and brownies! That’s unacceptable, it was not like I was asking for 10 pizzas on the counter! Horrible, costumer service, horrible staff, horrible place"

"I would have rated this a 5 but it took an hour for my pizza to be ready. I ordered in person, they should have advised how long it was taking to be ready. Other than that, Billie was very great! Even under the pressure with trying to get the food out and all, he was very amiable! Also, a stressed customer came in and took it out on Billie, yet he still maintained his cool. If the lady only new how hard he was working. Anyway, Billie shined tonight as well as the entire staff. They were working very hard!"

"My little sister could make a better pizza than this. What kind of miserable pizza is this? I ordered a supreme pizza and I ended up getting a pepperoni pizza with a couple of mushrooms slices. After this experience, I rather cross a desert to get something to eat instead of coming to this place again just because it’s nearby. If I could have a pizza for every star this place deserves I would have none."
