"Unfortunately, 98% of the time you will have something missing from the order - but you can guarantee you got charged for it. Good luck getting the drivers to follow simple instructions regarding whether to knock or ring the doorbell too - making contactless delivery an absolute joke. After speaking to at least three drivers about it, the last being the worst - they have confirmed that it is not just one driver or a single occasion. It has been EVERY time that I have ordered delivery. The Ring videos that I have are just too much, I guess they couldn't read the sign in the yard that says, "Smile, you are on camera" ... Save yourself the hassle, order from somewhere else!"

"I submitted an order for a pizza at around 3:00pm for pickup at 9:00pm. When my mom went to go pick it up one of the employees said they were closed and they had different hours due to the holidays. The thing is I was understanding of this situation but if I submitted my order at 3 for pickup at 9 and it stayed in your system for 6 hours no one bothered to call me and tell me I would not be able to pick up my order at this time. Then after I spoke with an employee she informed me that they close at 8:00PM. I did not bother arguing with her because that would not do anything by the tone of voice she was projecting to my mom and I. In all if you order from this Pizza Hut make sure to follow up on your orders proactively because you may or may not get it. Also they cannot refund you any money to your account they can only give you a credit on your account. Another interesting point is the employee said they could make me my food free of charge on Monday when they open back up after the holidays but my money would not be refunded. I will let you read that sentence over one more time and make your own assessment of that statement. Also we were not the only people there."

"WORST experience tonight at this location (7/24/23). Placed order at 7:50pm for 1 large pepperoni pizza and 8 boneless wings, and it was ready at 8:05. Lady behind counter brings out my pizza and sets it on the counter and goes to the back to get the wings. She can't speak English so another customer translated...long story short...FINALLY brought out the wings at 8:30...pizza been sitting on the counter 25 mins plus the 10min drive home...not good. How is someone working the front counter by themselves and can't speak English? At least the wings were good..."

"Ordering was easy because it was online. Received food an hour after placing order and it was not hot. The wings were horrible just look at the picture. Just drizzled the sauce over the wings and it was not even fully covering the wings and the wings were nit hot so they were not good but ate two and the rest were trash (they were hard). No dip for my breadsticks. No cheese or pepper as requested. I called someone answered after the 100th ring but that did no good. The pizza was pizzas ordered but it was cold. One star for the ease of ordering online."

"I order here all the time. I live 4 minutes away. My fries, cheese sticks and pizza were barely warm. Cheese sticks seemed under cooked. Spending $60 this isn't right."
