"Bro. Just fire this lady, Maricela, that y'all get bad reviews about. Not only does she take way to long. (took an hour for my food to be ready from the moment I order online to the time it was supposedly ready) I waited extra amount of time when I came in because the order was not ready. Either fire her and find a better worker OR hear me out, just hire another employee so that way she can have help. If you have poor customer service you will NOT make any money or who lot. I wont be surprised to see this place be taken over in another year or so. So many complaints about her and I seen her around that subway for about 3 years now."
"I ordered DD last night for my family. Sandwiches were made incorrectly, sent husband to correct items and was refused service by manager 8pm Monday the 21st. I was out my money and did not get to eat. Extremely disappointed with staff member and will never return. Please find another location, this location treats customers poorly."
