"I had the Pork Belly Don and the pork belly was deliciously tender. I also got the mango coconut drink and I loved it. Places that serve both boba and food usually end up being mediocre at serving both, but this is the first place I found to be amazing at it. I’m Asian and have been looking for some great casual Asian food and I will definitely be coming back here!"
"Newly remodeling made inside nicer..The wings tried both and there ok .The rest was very good Applewood bacon rice like breakfast in a bowl. The drinks very good ..You could easily make this a drink stop only .But try the food its a great mix of flavor not dissatisfied. Glad I stopped here fir sure. Oolong tea slush very good"
"We were in SA getting a laptop that was repaired, we hung out like an hour at Artea, amazing space with plugs, the drinks and food was delicious. Free hot oolong milk tea sample , so yummy, my new hot drink choice now"
"Pretty good overall. Under construction still but it’s an overall decent place to have some pretty tasty Asian food. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken. I love their soft boiled eggs. The Taiwanese noodles were not my cup of tea but were still good. A great amount of food served for a good price. Enough to share for two people per meal. Their boba is my favorite. I ordered the oolong tea with basil seeds. Highly recommend the boba here."
"Trying to look up for more authentic Taiwanese place and found this hidden gem. Also recommend by one of my colleagues. Located in the plaza on De Zavala crossing Stable Oak, it is not extremely visible from the street driving there. Parking is always easy since; a shared parking lot right in front and on the side of the restaurant, shared with other shops. Have tried a variety of their dishes including the Taiwanese rice noodle, Pot Stickers, and Passion Green Tea. The popcorn rice noodles are very authentic, similarly to eating them at the night markets in Taiwan. Thin, refreshing glass noodles fried with cabbage, sliced mushrooms, carrots and pork slices. The fried Pot Stickers is probably one of the best ones I’ve ever tried in the greater San Antonio area. The Passion Green is very well made and even has passion fruit seeds in it! The interior decor is currently under construction but well decorated with a signature Taiwanese bear sign, plus well lit floor from all the tall window glasses. Can be a bit loud. Unfortunately they do not provide military discount (not surprised since most Asian stores do not offer discount). Will definitely come back to try more authentic Taiwanese dishes. Keep up the good work Artea!"
