"Coffe is cold and the girl just kept trying to convince me to do it online. I don't have to order in the app I can walk in and pay cash if I want to. I think is very disrespectful to do that. I called customer service and GOD is the worst now. It used to be a very good CS but it sucks now. They want to know your ssn to pull your info which I think is wrong. Nelton guy was rude, unprofessional, did not help at all. I have been a golden member for over 15 years and I can assure you that starbucks is not the same. Horrible customer service and they dont care if the drink is what you ask for. It's just disrespectful, and its disappointing."
