"DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! Every time we come we have to add 30 to 45 minutes to our day just to be able to get coffee from here. They ALWAYS take a long time to make coffee orders, and it throws our day over. Unfortunately this is the closest Dutch in the area, and I think someone from upper management really needs to have this location looked at. READ the countless real-customers reviews, not bought ones. Horrible wait time."

"Experience was horrible, person who was taking order skipped after I had got to the location before the car beside me. I then went to order at the window. Which was fine until I noticed they were wasting my time on purpose as 7 vehicles had got there order before me that came after me. 2 or 3 is understandable but at that watching them make the order they were clearly trying to waste my time. Overall understandable if I had arrived after the car. I myself would have let the person taking the order know someone got there before as I'd done before. I have this place at least 3 times a week and will not be returning."

"I have been going to different Dutch Bros locations around the city for a couple of years now. I usually have a good experience and get what I pay for. This location disappointed me, though. My nitro cold brew was mostly ice and the muffin top I ordered was half frozen. I will not be returning to this location and will stick with Starbucks when on the Southside."

"Not an avid coffee drinker, decided to switch it up for once before gym. Drive-thru was packed and super long, hopped off and ordered at window. Service was great everyone nice professional. Ordered dbl torture w/ coconut milk. They had my beverage out to me in less than 5 min. It was refreshing and reviving. Most definitely will make this my coffee spot. Reasonably priced and fast thanks much."

"Stopped in today for the first time looking for a cool drink. Being from the Southside I was glad to see a Dutch Brothers open up here. I must admit I was impressed. I opted for the walk up ordering option. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The selection of cool drinks is huge with so many options. The sizes are large and generous for the price. It was a pleasant experience overall. We will be back."
