"I was absolutely appalled Thanksgiving day at about 3pm when I witnessed the cashier begin to yell at the customer due to Spanish/English language barriers over a cigarette pack! I tried to step in and communicate the correct brand, upon which we figured it out and the cashier proceeded to ask for an ID. The hispanic gentlemen involved (clearly 30+) did not have an ID at the moment, so I offered mine (25 years) and the cashier wouldn’t have it nor make the sale- after already yelling at calm customers. I’m sorry you had to work a holiday bro, but you’re in San Antonio…. Please download Google translate for future encounters."
