"Terrible service, the order was not complete, I was already sit and they asked me to pay extra 60 cents, I told them that I will go after I eat, and they didn't give me my food until I pay. Plus, they didn't have the toy for my daughter. The worst thing I really hate their attitude including the manager."

"I love Chick-fil-A, but this is the worst location I have ever been to. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich w/Colby Jack no pickles by itself. The first time they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with pickles. I drove back and after waiting in line I was sent to the side parking to wait longer. I get my 2nd sandwich and the box is labeled correctly so I left. When I take a bite I find out they put pepper jack cheese so I drive back and wait in line again and eventually the same employee takes the sandwich and brings me the 3rd sandwich and she says she physically checked it herself to make sure it was right. After taking a bite of the 3rd sandwich the Colby Jack was cold and the chicken meat had a texture that I could describe as taking a bite of a rubber band ball. The chicken was probably improperly stored or something. It took 1 hour to get my sandwich and it was trash. I was tempted to go a 4th time to ask for a refund but I literally can't spend any more time on my day off work to be dealing with this restaurant. And this is just one of many bad experiences at this location, they regularly mess up orders and the food is usually made poorly and leaves me and my friends feeling gross."
