"Got late night drive thru so I knew not to expect the freshest. However the ghost chicken sandwich combo hit the spot. Chicken was hot as heck, fries not so much. Blueberry pomegranate is my favorite drink here."
"Having never tried the Wendy's from Rio since it was opened. I decided to try them out today. I placed an order online and selected Delivery as I could not pick up due to my work schedule. I assumed that delivery was made by the restaurant but found out soon after that it was made through Door Dash. To my disappointment, when the order arrived it was an order belonging to another customer. I called during my lunch break to let Wendy's know that I had received the incorrect order and the person helping me on the phone (with attitude mind you and made the situation frustrating), she said that the Door Dash driver took the incorrect order and pretty much blamed the driver for the mistake, therefore they did not take responsibility and no compensation was offered. Being a business owner, I understand mistakes do happen, but this is beyond a horrible experience and will no longer eat or order from Wendy's. I hope they see this and realize their customer service skills are not great and I hope they take more responsibility for mistakes that happen at their location and learn to appropriately handle those situations. It's very unprofessional for you to be blaming others for YOUR mistakes. A very disappointed and unsatisfied customer, never again."
