"Today was my last straw with this chain. I placed an online order which included a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza literally had only a spotting of cheese here and there. If it's a cheese pizza you're selling, it had better have CHEESE on it. I've noticed at this location and others how they are trying to skimp on ingredients. If you order in store of course you can ask for more, but online orders they can get away with it easier. And I'm not asking for some ungodly double cheese or anything, just full coverage so my kid actually wants to eat it. This store was once really busy and super fast. It's completely changed in recent years. During recent visits I've had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes when it's not even busy. They changed the order line, which seems to make things slower. The workers seem understaffed or poorly managed."

"you choose the toppings of your pizza and they cook it in an open oven. cooking takes some time so i rated service on the low side but it's worth the wait."
