"Poor service for a Starbucks benchmark. Short on staff. Short on trained staff. The coffee doesn’t taste as good on this location. The staff is busy chitchatting amongst themselves and their friends who visit. Non staff (friends ) enter and service area / pantry to help themselves with coffee . How safe or hygienic is that?"

"Did a mobile app order and the 3 drinks were not ready until 30 min after the pick up time. The 2 frapps were missing the espresso shots and toppings. We heard the guy making the frapp asking his coworker what’s the topping to use and they said they don’t know so he just turned around and told us the topping is not available lol"

"I was at the drive-thru this morning and a very sweet cashier/barista named Paige did an exceptional with her customer service. The line was short, and I had to wait barely any time - and instead of Paige shutting the window, she kept it open and asked "Are you going to work?" And I thought the sincerity and genuineness was so great for her to actually care about my day. It was a nice start to the day! I know Paige said she was about to go on holiday, so hopefully this praise will get to her! Thanks so much for making my day!"

"My drink is never right and today when I called I was left on hold and no one came back to the phone. Regardless of if the store is slow or busy the wait is ridiculous for my drink to never taste right! Today my Carmel macchiato tasted so burnt I even had to add more creamer and it still wasn’t disgusting! I’m here everyday because it is convenient but today is my last day!! Update-called back and while I was speaking to the team member I could hear the “supervisor on duty” Marsh saying oh I left someone on hold is that her and laughing. I asked to speak the the manager and she said just tell her it’s me and got on the phone."

"The place was clean and tidy but the Hot Chocolate I ordered tasted very bad. Quite watered down. Lots of places to sit and work if that's what you are looking for."
