"I love zero degrees but i went here last night & got charged $6/8 for this corn when ussually its in a container that has twice the amount given to me here. Cashier claims they changed packaging & its the “same amount”."

"The Boba Drink I order was great but I have to give it a one star ⭐️ because of poor customer service !!! ….I absolutely cannot deal with unprofessional people being I myself have 7 years of experience in the customer service industry to begin with we never even heard of this place nor are we familiar with the area we were traveling and wanted boba this place came up and we decided to try it as we came in she never even greeted us not a…Hi How are you ? How can I help ? Or Can I give you reference to are best selling drinks? Or May I take your order ? Those are polite and business selling questions she clearly was not trained well very disappointing !! Then she just stands there giving us a look like “ what do you want “ so I asked what sweet drinks would she recommend as we continued with are order she seemed annoyed would walk from one side to another ignoring me and asking “ what was that “ cause she could not hear because she kept walking away ! Anyways would NOT RECOMMEND even if the drinks are good the customer service kills everything I wouldn’t want my friends or family ordering from here because no one deserves this type of customer service I understand people have bad days but go outside and take a break or clock out don’t provide horrible service your suppose to build business relationships not break them."

"I've been seeing the pictures of the foods on Facebook. I said whenever I'm in the area I must stop by. Happen to go to target there only store had what I needed and wow Zero Degrees right here so I decided to give it a go. The establishment is clean. The employee wasn't too enthusiastic about being at work. The mango peach drink was delicious and the popcorn chicken. The fried shrimp I wasn't too happy about it was only 6 and they were super soggy and came with shell on shrimp. My rating the prices is overpriced for the amount of food that you get. If I did return it will be for a drink only"
