Pizza Hut

"Stoopid manager Patricia or something today, I ordered pizza my mom was going to pick it up said 14 m done, mom got there paid after 20 m . She was in drive thru for over 30 mins waiting. I had to call to complain gave excuses why she didn’t hear the bell saying it was just her working. My mom saw 3 and luckily I was not the one there. Bad service here. Didn’t even off a drink or nothing for being over 45 mins after time. SFB"

"I ordered large pan with extra beef. They were running out of dough and offered me rectangular pizza. I didn't have any problem with that but when I opened it found half of it cheese and half of it beef pizzA. Upon asking manager he answered he was supposed to do it sound like it was written code and conduct book. Absolutely stupid"

"I ordered online to pay at the pickup window. At the pickup window there were 2 cars in front of me. The car at the window was just sitting there. I don’t know what was happening but we waited over 5 minutes and nothing happened. I decided to walk in to pick up my pizza. There was a worker at the register. He never greeted me. He hit a few keys on the keyboard and then walked away without ever saying a word. I’ve been here before but this was the worst customer service I ever experienced here. If the customer at the window was refusing to move until their pizza was ready, it would have been nice for someone to come let us know or at least be greeted when we walk into the building."

"Unfortunately this was a miss. I should have paid attention to the reviews. The pizza was underwhelming and uninspiring. It wasnt fresh, and tasted like it was reheated instead of being freshly made. Djorno would have been a better option tonight."
