Domino's Pizza

"This is my last order for the Rosharon location. We stopped ordering for a little minute because when we received a wrong order, we called and to let them know, they wouldn't refund us, they sent us the same WRONG order... we were like forget it. The time before this one (a few weeks ago) I ordered a beef thin and a beef hand toss. They both tasted like pork. We don't eat pork and we can definitely tell the difference. We let it go and gave it away. Well today I ordered the same and on the hand toss they put pepperoni. If I didn't know any better Id say they were doing this purposely. We don't want a replacement because at this point we definitely don't trust them and the one time we asked for our money back they wouldn't give it to us. My fault for even giving them second and third chances. This is one of the main reasons we were cooking more at home ... you can't trust these restaurants ... NONE of them. BE CAREFUL! Update: Called the store and informed them of this and again no partial refund but last time they said no refund at all but okay. They offed me a credit for this store location. Uhh uhh nope NOT coming back."

"This Dominoes has been delivering to my address in Meridiana for 5+ years. Because of the new subdivision the address was never updated so I would place the order online using my old address and then call Dominoes to deliver it to the address in the notes...never been a problem and I order at least 3-4 month. I ordered today and called the store spoke and spoke to Frank, the manager, and he didn't seem to want to help and told me that the order would not be delivered because it's out of the delivery area. I tried to explain to him that I've been getting deliveries for years, and he just didn't seem to care. I asked him if he could see my profile and see all my previous orders and he said "yes, but I don't know why they have been doing that but we are not delivering to that address so you can come to pick up the order if you like." So unprofessional and unwilling to help. I see Dominoes delivery car in the subdivision just yesterday. I canceled my order and just went for Pizza hut."

"January 14, 2022! UNBELIEVABLE! I was in disbelief and disgusted as I sat in my vehicle and noticed half of the employees DID NOT have mask on and handling food etc. I wanted to cancel my order but had already paid and I don’t like wasting food. So I went ahead and took it home. Now, I know I definitely won’t be ordering from one of my favorite places. Up to those who do wish to continue! Good Luck and Stay Safe !!!"

"Ordered this hot mess Friday 8/27/21 just before midnight. It was supposed to be a pan but it wasn't. Was undercooked and not edible. Called, voiced my displeasure with the Manager and he hung up on me. That is not how you operate a business. I work hard for my money and when I decide to spend it, I should get what I pay for. This was not the case."

"I have had several issues with this particular store. Point being, the app claims I’m enjoying my meal but we’re still waiting on it and have been for at least 15 minutes since, “our for delivery” was stated. We order from them ALL the time and it’s always something with this store. Later: I called and spoke to someone at the store and he told me, “well, it’s out for delivery, wait let me make sure... yes it’s out for delivery. Friday night is our busiest night and we’re behind soooo yeeea.” Pizza just got here (an hour later) and it’s cold (of course) and it has olives in it!!! I don’t eat olives; they’re disgusting."
