"My great uncle wanted me to leave this review for him. “Good morning, my name is Hank Garcia, the CEO of Easy Pest Control Solutions. This morning, on my way to church, I made a stop at Dunkin' Donuts on Marbach to pick up some donuts. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The service fell significantly below the usual standards that I am accustomed to. The person who waited on me seemed indifferent and unhelpful, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. This experience left me quite upset, to the extent that I have decided not to patronize that particular Dunkin' Donuts location anymore. It is clear that improvements in service, training, and customer service are necessary at that store. I wanted to share my feelings and the way I was treated during my visit to Dunkin' Donuts. "I've been to this location several times but never had any issues unitl this week. 2 days ago I visited and they didn't have what I ordered- sourdough breakfast sandwich w/ sausage. So instead of telling me that dont have that they give me the sandwich with bacon. Not what I ordered and not what I am paying for so I asked for refund they obliged. Today I went to this location again and order coffee and French crueller. The gave me my order I drove off and then looked in my bag there was a glazed donut. So once again they didn't have what I ordered and didn't even give me the common courtesy of letting me know. Terrible customer service. I won't be visiting this location ever again. If they don't have what you order they will give you whatever and not even tell you!"

"Lack of customer services skills with no sense of urgency. Served burnt food and had to come back to location, mngt never came to apologize. The girl at the window just closed the window and talked to someone before handing me a bag. Sad service"

"Ordered a French Vanilla Iced Coffee w/ extra cream. Got the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. The young lady at the window fixed it. Wait 10 minutes on hash browns to receive them extremely burnt. Sent them back and the second order is below. I then state, they're still burnt and I receive a blank stare. I exit and discover the outside is burned but the center isn't fully cooked. Ridiculous."

"Usually I stay positive, because I work in the service industry myself. But this morning I’ve lost it. I ordered 2 small iced coffees, specifically made, and one sandwich. Both of my drinks were wrong, after I asked twice if the flavor shots were added. They replied yes and quickly handed me my items. I get to work and there’s a very long and thick black hair in my sandwich. Not only were my drinks wrong, but my food was contaminated. A waste of $12."
