"What a great accidental find! Food was delicious and the owner was so friendly and kind. The menu has a lot of options, including breakfast all day. I ordered French toast and scrambled eggs. The French toast was covered in fresh fruit and there were 3 pieces of turkey bacon on the side—lots of food. My husband had the albacore tuna and avocado wrap with a side of potatoes; again so much food and it was all so delicious and healthy. It is located in the corner of the Gold’s Gym lobby. That is the only downside if you are looking for a cafe; it’s amazing if you just worked out!"

"The food was not to my liking. I got the blackened salmon plate with sweet potato and salad. Location was not really my preference either as I was looking for a nice eatery with scenery for a casual Saturday brunch. This location is located in a gym. HOWEVER, the customer service is STELLAR!!! The waitress was very accommodating in switching out my food for me. I got the pear salad with grilled chicken and it was better. Also, their orange juice is perfection!!!"

"We vere visiting from California and found this place on our trip. Delicious food with plenty of Vegan options. Very clean. The owner is welcoming and very sweet. She even gave us a free green smoothie. Thank you!!"

"I’m sorry this place is in need of a LOT of work! Coffee is no good. Pancakes taste like canola oil! and syrup is fake sugar! But the fruit cup is AMAZING fresh and sweet.."

"Healthy, great tasting fare. We go pretty regularly, even though we’re not members of the Gold’s Gym. This time we had the Ronald omelette and seared salmon with salad. Highly recommend it!"
