"If you’re looking at applying here don’t waste your time. Interviews are scheduled online and every time you show up they will tell you to come back at a different time. This happened to my son on several occasions. He has in total scheduled several interviews (4 to be exact) shown up 30 min early each time and always asked to reschedule, sometimes even later that day only to show up and asked again to reschedule. He has yet to be interviewed. I drove him to and from every single time. They should not offer interview times if they cannot honor them. This is a major lack of respect to people’s time and efforts. I’m a hiring manager and would never do this to an applicant who is interested in working. I have educated him on the lack of respect to people’s efforts and time and how if the interview process is this terrible then the work environment is likely to be just as bad. I informed him to be very mindful of this when doing job searching as he’s a teenager looking for work. It sets a precedent to what the environment is like."

"Ordered some McRibs. Got home, they had no bbq sauce on them at all. Called. The woman on the phone said they would start remaking them while I headed back. Got there. Had to wait 30 mins for the food to be remade. Then add insult to injury, cashier put the new ones on the counter stacked up on the counter without a bag. I asked for a bag and he handed me a bag to bag it myself. The owner needs to spend more time I'm this place to see how it's actually run. Maybe the reviews wouldn't be so awful."

"Must have been a training day? Drive thru was less than pleasurable. Gave us half our order and then parked us for the rest. 10 minutes later, I get the burger pictured below. With all the tools McDonald's gives the cooks, I don't get how they could have this bad of aim. Then, to still send it out anyway. I'm sure whoever did it will expect a raise. The young lady brought out our food while parked was very nice. It's unfortunate that we drove away before noticing the abstract art with the mustard."
