"Come visit this one if you love a clean McDonald's with great service. Plenty of space for the kids to play in the huge playplace they offer, while you eat & enjoy your hot meal, very big lot for parking purposes, great management & crew here, hard working & cater to the customers."
"Even though there is plenty of staff to handle the light load of customers after the lunch rush we observed all customers experiencing unbelievable wait times for in-store and drive thru and false advertising in-store without the manager being able to explain or compensate. When we FINALLY received our order it was incomplete and incorrect which cost me an additional 15 minutes of wait time while my family finished their food and mine went cold. Once done, my son wanted an ice cream cone and the ice cream machine was broken down (in the middle of the day) which usually means the maintenance wasn't done to serve (lost revenue). Not what you expect when you spend hard earned money for a pleasurable dining experience. I am sure the ownership would not appreciate going through the customer experience this type of management is portraying."
"Ordered online. As soon as I walked in the store they had my order nicely wrapped and ready to go. Clean facilities and if you have kids they have a really nice play ground. I’ve never had this type of experience at McDonald’s in a long time."
"Ordered a number 3, didn’t have any requests or anything, just a meal with a coke, and they covered my burger in an insane amount of mayonnaise. Is this some kind of prank? Why would you do this? I can’t eat this, I kept trying to wipe it out but there’s just tons and tons of it instead of the regular toppings— no pickles, ketchup, nothing just tons of mayo. It’s disgusting"
"I ordered a latte. Restaurant only had 3 customers when I came in. I placed my order at the kiosk. None of the associates spoke, not even the manager who handed called out my ticket number. Just preparing orders without interaction. Poor customer service."
