Pizza Hut

"Update Thu 22 Feb 2024: Decided to order at the store and take out. There were no issues with the order. The server SUNSHINE at the front was fantastic. She was friendly, courteous, and most helpful. SUNSHINE was especially patient with helping use gift cards that the mobile app had issues with. Previous comments: Ordered Honey BBQ wings for delivery. Doordash dropped off the order. The containers had Honey BBQ stickers on them. Received breaded wings with no sauce. The receipt claims orders are checked. Are they? Why did this happen? My driving to the store to get sauce defeats the purpose of delivery. What will this store do to improve it's service? What will be done to get me to come back or even recommend this store?"

"The pizza was delivered on-time and the taste was good. However, the pizza was not cut all the way through and I had asked for square cuts, not pie cuts. This was not done. I also added and was charged for two (2) ranch dipping sauces and they were not delivered."

"Don't order from this location. The pizza may never show up or come 2.5 hours later while you will be starving. We had to go to a show, our pizza never came after waiting 3 hours. We came for to a cold pizza with ants all over the pizza and my front door after 4 hours. Disgusting location and terrible service. Who do they think they are? There is not a shortage of restaurants in Sugar Land"

"Terrible customer service! I tried to place an order via the app and had a reward for free cheese sticks that I wanted to redeem with my order. Unfortunately Pizza Huts app was not working and would not allow me to redeem my free reward. I then proceeded to utilize the website in hopes that this would resolve the issue. Once again I was unable to redeem my free reward on the website as I attempted to click on the "redeem reward" tab it would not proceed forward. After this frustrating experience I placed my Pizza order and decided to call the store in hopes that they would be able to resolve my issue. Once I called the store I spoke with an individual who claims she was the manager named "Sunshine" I explained my situation and was cut off mid sentence to be told "we have nothing to do with the app and can't redeem your points over the phone." I asked if could please give me the contact information to her Area Director to explain my frustrations. Sunshine said that she is not able to give me that information and placed me on hold only to hang up on me moments later! I then proceeded to call the corporate office to have them pull up my information see that the reward is there and tell me that there is nothing they can do and are sorry for my experience and will have someone follow up with me in 3 days.... so to wrap this up I was unable to get my reward which will be expiring this upcoming week."

"This is what $43 freaking dollars look like the chicken NUGGETS IS SO DAM SALTY IM TOSSING IT AFTER calling the store about the cheese sticks not having any cheese on it. Only offered $5 credit for poorly prepared food! Smdh. I should of checked before i gave door dash delivery guy my money bc i would of SENT THE ENTIRE COLD ORDER BACK! * they sent a cheese stick order which is way better"
