"We have been ordering from this location for close to 15 years now. The employees are very nice and respectful. However, the order was nearly an hour late (as per the estimated time on your app). The pizzas and wings were cold and, it was missing the drinks. We had to go to the grocery store ourselves to get drinks after the order was delivered... making the point of having a delivery service from you, worthless. I do not totally hold this store responsible for this, as I am sure they were very busy. But better communication on the timing of the delivery, at the time the order is being placed, would be much more fruitful to your customers, resulting in a better understanding of the service expectations. I had also asked the Door Dash delivery driver (Carlos L.) where the drinks were at the time of the delivery, and he told me that they did not give him drinks in the order. I then called the store and asked about the drinks and was told that they HAD been given to the Door Dash driver at the time of pick-up. Thus, making me feel like this was somehow my fault or problem... rather than just apologizing immediately and dealing with the service issue on your side. This does not seem like something that needs to be argued with the clients, as I am NOT the one who chose to use Door Dash for the delivery. I used your app directly, NOT Door Dash. The order totaled $139.62, and the driver got over $20 in tip. There seems to be no way to rate the delivery driver himself after the order is delivered. Also, feeling pressured to give a tip prior to receiving the order and no way to alter that after the fact, is crazy. The manager at the store did offer a store credit for the drinks for next time, which I thought was very nice and I am thankful for that. However, some sort of compensation for the lack of communication on timing of the order and poor quality of the food and delivery issues would be nice. I fill out these surveys often but never here back on them. So, I am also going to post this on Google, as I would like to hear from someone other than the store, as this is more of an issue that is out the hands just the store itself."
"I decided to give this place another try since I was craving some stuffed crust pizza as a cheat meal. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. Delivery time was quoted to be less than 30 minutes, it took over an hour. The pizza arrived lukewarm and the crust tasted like it was fresh out the microwave. I ordered a “pepperoni lovers” with extra cheese. I got a regular pepperoni pizza. Cut was horrible and very uneven. $41 for this pizza, a 2 liter, and tip. Save your money and go somewhere else."
"Got to meet the new manager who is really bringing this location back. He made sure my order was correct, and that I had all the sauces I was supposed to. My pizza was hot and fresh, but the best thing was this was the first time in a long time I have gotten a stuffed crust pizza where the cheese didn’t leak out of the crust. They are really stepping up the quality and care for their customers orders. This is my new favorite location for sure! If you had a bad experience in the past please give it another try with this new manager, and you won’t be disappointed."
"TLDR: COLD food, OLD food, 45 MINUTES LATE, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND MANAGER, & got WRONG ORDER If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for a scheduled ahead delivery over an hour ahead if time. 10 minutes after the delivery time passed and no food was in sight, I contacted the store. I spoke with someone who I assume was the manager (since they never introduced themselves) and said my order had gotten buried and that it was just now put in the oven. Offered me a $10 coupon towards my next purchase as the best they could do. The food gets here at 8:45 finally. Open it up to find the orders are wrong. 1st, both pizzas were supposed to be extra pepperoni. One was missing jalapeños, and the other sides (that were not extra) that were on each pizza was covered. So one pizza, covered in black olives. The other, covered in banana pepper. So even when we took off all the excess, all it tasted like was bananana pepper, or olive, and you couldn't even taste the pepperoni. Also, both pizzas were cold. Finally, we ordered 3 different kinds of wings. At least those were hot, but 2 of the 3 were not even coated in sauce, and one of the 2 the sauce had coagulated at the bottom, like it was old. I would NEVER order from this location again. Those whole experience was absurd and I can't believe I paid $50 for this."
