"We stopped in for lunch. It was an interesting concept. It looks like a casual, but higher end, restaurant. But they have streamlined it- you walk in and are greeted graciously and helped through the process- you go up to the counter to order, get your own drinks, and get seated. The food is brought out to you and the servers are attentive to your tables needs. The food is Americana. Fresh, Moderna takes on the classics. Quality ingredients. Fresh. Everything is made from scratch, including sauces, dressings, and desserts- and they are at your table in an incredibly short time. I liked the quieter, relaxed, but elegant atmosphere. Family friendly, but great for a work lunch or a date. And great gelato!"

Gluten-Free Cake The gluten-free cake, a delightful surprise, was a moist and decadent creation that defied expectations. Rich layers of almond and coconut flour formed the foundation. Brussels Sprouts and Salmon with Pesto The Brussels sprouts and salmon dish was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The Brussels sprouts were roasted to perfection, offering a crisp exterior that gave way to a tender, flavorful core. The salmon, cooked to a flaky perfection, was generously drizzled with a vibrant pesto that added a burst of freshness to every bite. A combination that delighted both the palate and the eye. Mimosa Flight To round off this gastronomic adventure, I opted for the Mimosa Flight. A trio of mimosas, each featuring a unique blend of fruit juices, added a refreshing and effervescent touch to the meal. The flight included classic orange, tropical pineapple-mango, and zesty grapefruit variations – a delightful accompaniment that elevated the dining experience. "Loved the Mediterranean chicken entree. Delicious mashed potatoes, chicken cooked perfectly. Lots of artichoke, sun dried tomatoes & spinach. Its a loaded meal. Wonderful flavors. Also enjoyed the tomato soup which comes with croutons on it and also garlic bread. Entrees range from $15-20. Not bad for the quality of food. You order food first and then grab a seat. They have self service for drinks & coffee. Service is great. Friendly staff. They also have a dessert "bar" & I hear its delicious. Cannolis, gelato! The area where the carpeted tables are-it smelled rusty & old. Assuming its coming from the carpet because I couldn't smell it in the other dining area near the bar that did not have carpet. The bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend for good quality meal. Will definitely return."
