"This location is amazing! We went tonight for the first time and I am so glad Portillo’s decided to open a beautiful new location in Denton. The food was phenomenal and the service was great! My husband and I can’t wait to add this place into our lunch and dinner rotation."

"My partner and I were so excited about this soft opening! We had a fun experience in the drive thru. Donated to an amazing local organization that helps people transition into housing! The burger was beyond delicious! It tasted like a steakhouse burger! The Italian beef sandwich had so much flavor! The fries with the cheese slapped! We will be regulars! lol"

"If you’re craving a classic Chicago hot dog or Italian beef in Texas, Portillo’s is the place to go! Went to one of the soft openings and ordered the Italian beef & sausage, plant-based garden dog, cheese fries, onion rings and chocolate cake. All were excellent and would order again but probably would opt for plain crinkle cut fries as I’m not a fan of the cheese. Also worth noting as a non-vegetarian and Chicago native, the garden dog was just as good as the regular all-beef dog. Staff was super friendly, nice outdoor seating area and overall great food addition to the Denton area. Can’t wait for it to open to the public on March 12 to try more menu items!"

"Portillos for the win again! I was lucky enough to get to their soft opening and it did not disappoint! The beef, cheesy fries, and Chicago dogs tasted just like Chicago! The line was quick and service just as quick! I tried their sweet tea, and it really hit the spot. Not too sweet! I can't wait for the actual opening, Ill be back regularly! A side note, the attendants in the parking lot were friendly and helpful."
