"I just can't anymore. I've gone through the drive through many times over the years when I get off work early in the morning. It's a frustrating experience 99% of the time, but I understand that in the early morning hours they may be understaffed and therefore there will be a wait. Today was different. It wasn't super early. It was 6am when I placed my order. There was no one in front of me. I pulled up to the window and sat there for 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Then the girl says "you had the blah blah blah?". I said "no ma'am, I had the 2 breakfast bowls. 1 with sausage and 1 with bacon". She finally took my card and then asked me to pull forward. 5 minutes later she brings me a bag and says "you had 2 sausage bowls?". I said "no ma'am, I had 2 breakfast bowls. 1 with sausage and 1 with bacon". She says "yeah, 2 sausage bowls". I said "well, it's 2 breakfast bowls. 1 has sausage but the other one is suppose to have bacon". She looks through the bag and says "this is 2 sausage bowls. So you need a bacon". I said "....right". A couple minutes later she brings out a "bacon bowl". I get home and realize she didn't give me straws and gave me the wrong drinks. I just have a hard time dealing with people who can't use their brain to do their job that they chose for themselves. It's sucks because I enjoy the food but I'm done with the nonsense. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for fast food workers as long as they can put forth just a little bit of effort."

"We are from the Midwest, traveling through Texas. I had been seeing commercials and Whataburgers restaurants all over and wanted to try their Whatawings. Save some money and buy frozen chicken bites from your grocery store. They taste the same without the high price. One of my chicken pieces was so hard that I couldn't even pierce it with my plastic fork. I had wanted to try one of their burgers, but now I am very hesitant to return."

"Another whataburger location where you can always expect a cold beef patty in your burger. They always serve them so cold that the cheese is hard and cold because the patty is never fresh or hot enough to melt the cheese. What has happened to the quality and freshness in Whataburger? It is now rare to find a location that serves freshly made burgers."
