"Purchased a premium pizza through the app and added extra cheese. The pizza came with possibly a very small handful on it in total and the cheese bread was dry. Very disappointed. I give 4 stars for service only, as the driver was very late for delivery (which they charge for) and the system recognized it and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. If that pizza is bad, no more Domino's."

"Have to bring my 5 Star Rating down from a 5 to a 2. A Long time customer, mostly always satisfied with the food and delivery. Lately, order takers over the phone are not all there. 1. After one hour waiting for almost a $100.00 delivery order, we called to follow up; only, to find out the order was put on the side as a pick up. Not sure why, but they blamed it on the rookie. Please have an experienced Supervisor train and supervise your new personnel, too easy. 2 They asked if we can pick up the order. They offered to redo the order so it would not be cold. "It will be ready for pick up in 10 minute's", they said over the phone. We picked our order up in 10 minutes and the boxes felt cold. I asked the young man at the counter the order was re-done and he replied yes. I took it home and re heated the order because we had family waiting to eat at home and we already wasted enough time on this. I been ordering Pizza from them 20 years Plus. I know what a fresh box feels like. I Can barely hold it from the heat; this order was the same order that sat there over an hour. Tell the Customers what they want to hear does not work for everyone. I understand one bad day. Talk and Train your employees to take care of us customers, thank you."

"We ordered delivery and waited over an hour and had to call back 4 times just to get hung up on by children who were pretending to be the manager and had no idea what was going on. They then argued with me saying I gave them the wrong address when it was on the app correctly. To top it all off they gave us attitude after us having to drive to the store because they refused to deliver us our pizza and they still didn’t have the order ready when we arrived. I don’t understand how a business can run with such incompetent and nasty children running the store front. Save your time money and frustration and never order from this specific location. It’s trash."
