"This is the worse stsrbucks I have encountered the girl in the drive thru had such a bad attitude my 6 year old said she sounds like she is having a bad day. They mess up my order almost every time and one time they had to remake it 3x I am lactose intolerant and I’ve watched them put regular milk in my drink two different times while I was standing there when I ordered oat milk so who knows how many times they have done it without me knowing and that’s horrible they talk to each other instead of paying attention. I’ve had to return several times because they forgot the sugar I ordered in my drink. I’m about to start going to Dutch brothers!!"

"“No Light Ice Policy”, as a regular customer (not specific to this location), I am honestly stunned this was an issue when placing my order. I take forever to finish my drink to savor it and would prefer to enjoy it undiluted. A more flexible and considerate approach would have been more appreciated, rather than denying my order."

"Dear Starbucks, I recently went to your establishment and was greeted immediately by an employee, Maddisyn, when I ordered a plain black coffee they didn't hesitate on asking me if id like cream and sugar which is something I usually have to ask for and beg for to the other employees. The service was fast and generous as I felt welcomed. That employee deserves a raise!! I will be back!"

"RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL! Terrible service, awful customer service and the place could really use a cleaning. I ordered two drinks, one reg pike place and an hot chocolate, not difficult. After paying nearly $10 for two very plain drinks, the barista slapped the coffee down in front of me (the lid not secure and they didn’t even ask if I wanted anything in it) then said he’d be right back and there i stood and stood. I basically had to beg for a couple sweetener packets and cream. Still! There I stood and stood. Finally I asked if I could have a refund for the hot chocolate that never arrived. He rudely snapped “it will only take her 40 seconds to make it. Then why hasn’t she made it? Instead, they’d rather you stand there so they can treat you like you’re loitering. I finally get my drink after feeling stupid having spent my money at a place that treated me so rudely. It’s ridiculous! I get to my car and realize the coffee taste like junk!! I refuse to go back in there and complain, what a waste of time and money. Shame on you Starbucks! It’s never ever sanitary there. Every single time I have visited this location there is an issue!! I will never return! Please please close this location!"
