"Walked in used the bathroom, came out went to the register 8:29pm girl says, “I’m sorry we’re closed”. Then walks away to go kick out the rest of the customers as I am telling her I was here before you closed. Completely ignored me… 0 isn’t available for customer service. Should be a negative number. But today Starbucks considers this completely rude behavior perfectly acceptable customer service behavior. I won’t be back."
