Pizza Hut

"This location's kitchen is disgusting. Unfortunately, if I have a craving for Pizza Hut, it's not coming from this location. This is the second visit in 3 months where nothing has changed as far as the appearance of the kitchen and the same guy took my order last time had the same unpleasant attitude. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by walking in to order and pay cash, but I waited almost 30 minutes for a single topping pizza during what I perceived as a 'slow time.'"

"The reason I give it a 4 because the pizza was delicious and after standing there for about 10 mins and no one was in front of me. I was waiting to order after hearing employees arguing. And a woman which I think she was the manager was yelling at an employee male to clock out. Then the male was yelling back and then another employee arguing. Then another employee male that was making the cinnamon rolls was saying that someone will help me but I saw okay no problem but instead they were all arguing infront. Until I had a nice another male employee asked me if I was helped and I said no. He was so embarrassed and apologized for there behavior and that he will take my order. So I told him thank you went into my vehicle and told my husband about it. I told him that I don't want to go back in there because I felt so uncomfortable. So he went in and got our pizza. So like I said I gave it a 4 because pizza did taste great. It was a little burnt because I think they were focused on arguing but I also had a nice man helping me."

"I had the worst experience I've ever had in terms of customer service. The manager does not care about customers. I couldn't tell if he was just rude or the stupidest human being I've ever met in fast food. Maybe a combination of the two."

"Worst pizza ever and the Manager had no interest in saving a customer. There are enough pizza places in the area to skip this place. Every slice of the BBQ chicken pizza ended up as just crust because all the ingredients fell off... And there's not that many ingredients. Then the Super Supreme was lacking half the ingredients it's supposed to have.... Total wast of your time if you're looking for a quality product the employees are willing to stand behind. That was our last meal, and we ate ther almost every other week."
