"Music was low if there was any. But all in all good was phenomenal & reasonably priced. I ordered the personal chicken Alfredo which come with breadsticks and a strawberry lemonade. Breadsticks were crispy on the outside soft o. The inside. Alfredo was cooked to perfection! I’d come back again!"

"Ordered our food through Uber eats. Went to pick it up when notified it was ready, then waited an hour and 17min in the lobby after telling the cashier I was there for my order before the cashier told me they had no Alfredo sauce for my pasta."

"I wish I could have left 0 stars, as I wouldn’t be allowed to leave a review so 1 will do for now. I placed an order for pasta and bread sticks, simple. What I was given was not so great, and had been sitting out for quite some time. Working in the food industry for over 10 years, I think I know cold food when I see it, and taste it. I called in immediately after tasting what was clearly old, cold food. I was told by the first representative that the food was just taken out, and that it was not cold. He continued to disagree no matter what I said. His last response before I discontinued the call, was “well I don’t know what to tell you.” Just wow. Then I get the I DONT KNOW HOW YOU BECAME A GENERAL MANAGER on the phone, only for her to immediately start telling me the food was made freshly and prepared by her. She also stated I wasn’t even that far from the location for it to arrive to me cold, MY POINT EXACTLY! She continued to speak over me, and disregard absolutely EVERYTHING I had to say. Being in customer service for over 17 years, I was in awe! I’ve never ever been talked to the way they’d spoken to me, and never had someone defend some pasta so die hard in my life. I don’t leave reviews, but I’m starting! To help someone else avoid the poor service and frustration you may encounter going to places such as this. Not all pizza huts, but the ones like this location with no regards to a human being they don’t know has been in radiation….which causes loss of appetite so I was very hungry when I placed the order. Fighting cancer, being away from my children…spending some of my last money because I’ve been out of work. How dare you not care about someone who you call a valued customer! I said this to say STEP BACK and realize you never know who you are treating disrespectfully, and you reap exactly what u sow! You give negative energy, expect it right back in return! Terrible, terrible service! And I hope hundreds of people read this, it would be so much worse on you if they could actually hear the audio and how this was resolved! Shame on you!"

"Manager Katrina was very nice. Had my order out very fast. Pizza was good and the wings were even better. For only two people working these girls got it down. People need to be more understanding after reading bad reviews for this place.. people don't take into consideration how short staff they are. And these people are still busting there butts."

"I never leave reviews so this was very frustrating. Cheese sticks had burnt cheese and when I asked I was told “the cheese was frozen” and when I said I didn’t get the Pepsi I purchased, and when I called about it I had to negotiate a way to make my purchase worth it which was receiving store credit that lasts 30-60 days. The supreme pizza I ordered had all its items fall off when I picked up a slice. Taste was not of good quality either. I believe this place and its workers lack quality, care, and standards. There was no consideration when voicing my issues to resolve anything. Go to another pizza hut if you want a satisfying meal. I wish I could get my money back."
